Credit Terms: Payment is due strictly 30 days from the sales month end.

Title to the goods shall remain vested in Gordon Hegarty & Sons Ltd and shall not pass to the buyer until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in full and received by Gordon Hegarty & Sons Ltd.

I confirm that the above details are correct and agree to adhere to the Retention of Title clause. I will pay all amounts due on the day as per our agreement.
